    Oh, come on…. seriously???

  2. Doc-S says:

Is money really this tight now?

  3. DJ Tomoe says:

    Why so surprised?
It REALLY is a rule for all japanese compilations to release a “Best of” after 3 releases.

  4. DanceMaster says:

As Doc-S suggested, it really depends on how cheap the label is feeling. The general rule used to be that a best-of compilation would be released yearly, after 4 or 5 albums (Dancemania and Exit Trance followed this pretty closely). The problem is that A) It hasn’t even been a year since the AEB series started (School Edition was released May 2010) and B) The AEB series has mostly been composed of repeats from Super Anime Remix, so they might as well call this Super Anime Remix Super Best ~Super Best Edition~.

It’s really quite annoying, and at this point I wish they had just continued SAR instead.
