I know this is old now but do you happen to anywhere that offers digital downloads for this album?
It’s like the only one that doesn’t seem to be available on iTunes/King-Beat.

Mora.jp has it: http://mora.jp/package/43000023/QWCE-00077/ The good news is that they recently switched to a DRM-free format. The bad news is that ordering from them is quite tricky if you’re outside of Japan, as they don’t accept non-JP credit cards.
I used to buy iTunes cards from Gateway to Japan and it says they’ll consider all requests. You may want to e-mail them and ask if they could get you a pre-paid Mora Music Card.

I found out buying from mora is a bit risky, as some songs I got have 2-3 seconds cut off from the start of the track.
