Update (11/7/11): Track lengths have been released, and it appears that the new bonus tracks won’t be DDR-sized edits. Sadly, “Brilliant 2U” gets a ridiculously short edit. 🙁 Speaking of which, Mieya reports that DJ Command will be handling the “Brilliant 2U” remix, while kors k will be doing the “Paranoia” remix.

The official Dancemania website has also been updated with info on the 2nd MIX OST. Apparently all of the old tracks have been digitally remastered. As for the DVD, it will include special performances by “charisma” player, Zio.
Update (11/4/11): Cover art revealed! The Dancemania logo and mascot have been updated, and the background image has been changed. Hmm, I wonder if they’ll still be doing a foil cover? The DVD version has slightly larger dimensions, indicating that they’ll be using a large multi-CD case.
Bonus tracks revealed! DJ Boss takes on “Keep On Movin'”! Some random guy mangles “Paranoia”!! And best of all, the one and only Akiba Koubou remix “Brilliant 2U”!!! Is that enough exclamation points for you?!!?!!! In all seriousness, I’m super excited for the Brilliant 2U remix, and think it’s hilarious that “Keep On Movin'” got chosen for a remix. It’s just too bad they neglected “Let Them Move,” given its reputation is most-hated DDR track of all time. I’m not at all familiar with the other remixers, but then again I don’t follow Bemani all that much anymore.
The DVD has the producer interviews as promised. It also lists a few songs, but I doubt they’re music videos. They’re probably just the BGM that plays during the menus.
Anyway, the rest of the OST remains the same as before. That means “Strictly Business” is still in, though it remains to be seen if it’ll actually appear in X3 vs. 2nd MIX.
