V.I.P. 10th Anniversary Best Mix
Release Date: 10/30/13
Price: 2171 yen
The 10th release in the V.I.P. series will celebrate the 10th anniversary of the series, which began in 2003. Although the series started off featuring only R&B and Hip-Hop, recently there’s been a shift in focus to dance to reflect changing musical tastes.
Also interesting is that Universal now have a VIP page up on their own website, suggesting that the EMI website will no longer be updated in the future.

Interesting… I wonder if they’ll move over Dancemania as well?

It looks like emimusic.jp is already directing people to go to Universal’s site. The old Dancemania page is still up, but I imagine they’ll take that down eventually.
I was looking through Universal’s files and they do have quite a few older Dancemania covers on their servers already (and unlike EMI, they have them in 500×500 resolution). However, most of the covers only go back to late 2004. They only have a few random ones before 2004. So, if they are going to put up a Dancemania site, it may not have a complete discography.
